RBKC, Inc., a television/production development company, and its executive management team of John Demers, Michelle Demers and Robert Ross announce the formation of RD Media, LLC and a mini-maxi offering for accredited investors.
In the offering, RD Media, LLC will raise equity funds to finance further production of History’s Heroes: TheRustyBucketKids.com. RD Media, LLC will hire exclusively RBKC, Inc. dba Whistle Stop Media, managed by John Demers, to produce, market and distribute the live-action family-friendly television series.
RD Media, LLC purchases the Emmy-nominated pilot episode of History’s Heroes: TheRustyBucketKids.com, entitled “Lincoln, Journey to 16” and the rights to produce a series of up to 32 episodes.
TV show, classified as "edutainment", focuses on 6 - 12 year olds. The series is an engaging and dynamic way to teach kids with historically accurate stories. The Rusty Bucket Kids travel back in time to meet historical figures in their teenage years and learn of the hard work and challenges that led to their exceptional greatness.
TV series will be filmed primarily in the Apex, North Carolina area (known as Peak City), The Rusty Bucket store, and in Bonsal, NC, the home of the New Hope Valley Railway and Steamy, the Time Travel Express™.
Local talent and local production crews. Entry level positions coming from Living Arts College, School of Communication Arts in Raleigh, NC.
Minimum offering: $550K and maximum offering of $4M. Minimum unit size $50K.
